Useful information
How do I enter Lots into an auction?
You must contact Phil in the first instance to find out if there are any available spaces to put your Lots into the auction and allocate an appropriate time for you to bring your Lots in.
How do I know if I have won items?
You will receive an invoice by e-mail informing you that you have an invoice. Please check My Invoices on your Auction Account to see what you have won.
How do I pay?
Cash or card on collection. Cash only if under £10 and Buyer's can now pay online.
What are the collection times?
- Collectables or Specials / Fancy Goods / Furniture & Garden auctions from 10:00 Thursday
- General Auction from 10:00 Friday
All items need to be collected by 5 pm on the Saturday after the auction unless prior arrangement has been agreed with Phil (07947-823-446)
How do I collect?
- Collection to be made from our Auction room (find our address and map on our Contact Us page)
- On arrival at our Auction Rooms, please press the bell for attention. Stay in your vehicle and someone will come to you.
- Once your Lots have been placed on the collection table and you have been instructed to, you will then be asked to get out of your vehicle to collect.
- We would appreciate it if you could wear a face-covering/mask and/or gloves when exiting the vehicle.
What happens if I cannot collect during collection times
If you cannot collect Lot(s) in the allocated dates and times, then contact Phil to see if an alternative time and date can be arranged but, in any event, Lot(s) must be paid for by 5 pm the Saturday after each auction ends.
What happens if I do not make payment?
Invoices that have not been paid for by 5 pm the Saturday after each auction ends will be cancelled. The Lot(s) will be returned to the Seller and your account will be blocked preventing you from bidding on future auctions.
